JI Statement on the PTT Call of 5/6/2008
We apologize for the lack of dedicated telephone lines available for the J1 Part B Palmetto GBA Transition Teleconference on May 6. Our understanding was that there were an unlimited number of available lines. In order to correct the situation and ensure that we do not have access issues in the future, Palmetto GBA has implemented the following process for the Palmetto GBA Transition Teleconferences held bi-weekly. It is important that all registrants adhere to this process to ensure you receive the benefit of the teleconferences.

Register at least 24 hours in advance.

Lines will be open 15 minutes before the start of the teleconference. Please sign in using the teleconference number and participant access code found under the PTT links under the Events section on the J1 homepage.

All participants will be placed on mute during the conference until the question and answer period. The moderator will give directions for opening your line to ask a question. When you do, you will be asked to give your name and location. You will be placed on hold again until the moderator announces your name and you may then ask your question(s).

Please note the International line is not toll-free.
We have included the minutes from the first teleconference to ensure that those individuals who were unable to attend have access to the information discussed. Once again, we apologize and look forward to your participation in all future teleconferences.
