If you are calling for claims status or eligibility, please call the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) at (877) 288-7600.
If your call is one that requires the expertise of a Customer Service Representative (CSR), please call (888) 355-9165. Representatives are available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for all time zones with the exception of PST, which receives service from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Note: If you inadvertently call the CSR only line at (888) 355-9165 and your call is one that CMS mandates should be handled through our IVR you will be instructed to redial the IVR only line at (877) 288-7600.
