The National Supplier Clearinghouse (NSC) is the organizational entity contracted by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to issue Medicare billing privileges to suppliers of Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies (DMEPOS) and to maintain a supplier file that contains information collected via the CMS 855S enrollment form.
