Palmetto GBA's quality policy is to provide superior services to our customers, comply honestly and ethically with their requirements, and improve the effectiveness of the quality management system through a commitment to:

- Establishing and reviewing quality objectives at all levels
- Continuously improving our processes
- Developing the skills and talents of our associates

This Quality Policy is communicated to and understood by all associates, and is reviewed during management review meetings for continued suitability.
Setting Goals and Objectives
Palmetto GBA's strategic plan and quality policy provide a framework for setting all quality objectives. Top management establishes these objectives, with the intent of growing the business and improving organizational performance. All organizational areas are required by the strategic plan to meet the certain goals and objectives as set by the top management. Each operational area is responsible for establishing measurable quality objectives, consistent with our Quality Policy . These objectives are established at all levels of the company and are communicated to ensure they are understood. They are reinforced through periodic internal audits, and management reviews. |
