The provider Web portal of Health Data Insights (HDI) has been approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and is currently available for providers at http://racinfo.healthdatainsights.com or www.racinfo.com. Hospitals may now provide HDI with two contacts
- contact to receive medical record requests
- contact to receive improper payment correspondence
Please note that HDI has not received all MAC provider files, so the MAC information displayed may not be current. Such information will be updated as we receive the files. However, the provider may enter in the contact information HDI will use.
For those hospitals in the MAC files did not receive their username and password letters, they will receive them in the next few days. Providers can update or change their information at any time and their HDI applications will be updated daily.
To have their questions answered in a timely manner, providers should direct all questions to racinfo@emailhdi.com.
