Background Information: HCPCS Code J1750 was reactivated with the 2009 Annual HCPCS Update; however, it did not get updated in our system until January 14, 2009. Services submitted between January 1, 2009, and January 14, 2009, may have been denied as an invalid procedure code for these dates of service.
