1. Diagnostic Radiology (30) or Cardiology (06) or Nuclear Medicine (36)
2. Proof of additional training at level 2 or level 3 competence in cardiovascular computed tomography (CCT) evidenced by either:
A) Letter or certification from director of a fellowship training program
B) Letter attesting to competence from a level 2 or 3-trained physician
This documentation must state the dates of training and that the candidate has successfully achieved or surpassed each training element for levels 1, 2 and/or 3. |
