Professional Qualifications of Supervising or Interpreting Physician

Physician must have a current valid license or certificate to practice in the State. In addition to current license:

  • Certification by appropriate Board in one of the listed specialties such as Radiology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, etc.
  • If not certified, documentation to be reviewed by CMD:
    • CME
    • Attendance at Certified training programs specific to the test
    • Residency and Fellowship training
