The Ohio and West Virginia Part B EDI Technical Support team has developed a Web-based training program for PC-ACE Pro32, Palmetto GBA's claims entry software, and MREP, the ANSI 835 printing software provided by CMS. A software expert will talk with you via phone as you both view the actual software program through Palmetto GBA's Online Learning Center. This Internet-based training will provide you with personalized instruction and troubleshooting assistance for Pro32 version 2.16 or MREP, version 2.7. We can review specific issues you are experiencing with these software products during this one-on-one training session.
