In order for Palmetto GBA Railroad Medicare to verify that your NPI number has been loaded into our system you will need to contact our Provider Service Center at (877) 288-7600. Once you have provided our service center representative with your NPI, the representative will be able to verify whether your NPI number has been loaded into our system. If the NPI has not been loaded, you will be asked to send a copy of your letter from the Enumerator showing your NPI.
