Contact Palmetto GBA Railroad Medicare to load multiple NPI's to your Palmetto GBA Railroad Medicare group number. This can be done by a phone call, if there are five or fewer NPI's to be added. If you have more than five NPI's to be added, please send a written inquiry to our Provider Enrollment Department. Either way, we will need the Palmetto GBA Railroad Medicare Group Number and the NPI's that need to be verified or added to your file. When loading your numbers in NPPES in the area of 'Other Provider Identifier;' under 'Issuer' select 'Medicare ID Type Unspecified', then under 'Number' enter your Railroad Medicare Group Number. This information will need to be completed for each NPI.
