Palmetto GBA’s offices and the Provider Contact Centers (PCCs) will close on Friday, July 3, 2009, in observance of Independence Day. The Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) will be available.

Our PCCs will resume their normal business hours on Monday, July 6, 2009, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST (for North Carolina and South Carolina Part A providers) and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST (for home health and hospice providers).
