Although Palmetto GBA’s offices will be open on Monday, October 12, 2009, for Columbus Day, our PCCs will be closed. This is a holiday observed by the federal government and much of the business community. We will use this day to conduct training for our PCC representatives.
Our PCCs will resume their normal business hours on Tuesday, October 13, 2009, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (for North Carolina and South Carolina Part A providers) and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (for home health and hospice providers).
