Provider Contact Centers (PCCs) Will Close on November 11, 2009, for Veterans Day
Although Palmetto GBA’s offices will be open on Wednesday, November 11, 2009, for Veterans Day, our Provider Contact Centers (PCCs) will be closed. This is a holiday observed by the federal government and much of the business community. We will use this day to conduct training for our PCC representatives.
Our PCCs will resume their normal business hours on Wednesday, November 12, 2009, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST for North Carolina and South Carolina Part A providers and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST for home health and hospice providers.
