A New Process for Checking the Status of Your Provider Enrollment Application

As of March 2, 2009, there will be  a new process for checking the status of your provider enrollment application(s). In the past, providers were directed to (803) 382-6167 to leave a message and await a call back from the Provider Enrollment department.

Now providers can call the Provider Contact Center (PCC) to obtain real time status information on provider enrollment applications. In addition to application status, the PCC is available to answer all general provider enrollment related questions.

Please direct all provider enrollment related calls to the PCC at (877) 567-9249 for North Carolina and South Carolina Part A providers or (866) 801-5301 for Regional Home Health and Hospice (RHHI) providers.
