Part B PQRI Code Update
Palmetto has made the necessary corrections to allow the PQRI codes to be submitted with a zero (0) dollar amount. Claims that rejected for having a zero dollar amount for PQRI codes may be resubmitted. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
