Resolving Compatibility View Issue
To resolve the Compatibility View issue for Internet Explorer 9 and 10:
1. In Internet Explorer, press Alt, or press and hold the address bar and then select the Menu bar. 2. Click Tools and select Compatibility View Settings. 3. Select dexzcodes.com under "Websites you've added to Compatibility View." 4. Click Remove.
To resolve the Compatibility View issue for Internet Explorer 8:
1. In Internet Explorer, click and select Compatibility View Settings. 2. Select dexzcodes.com under "Websites you've added to Compatibility View." 3. Click Remove.
More troubleshooting steps
If dexzcodes.com is not listed, or a warning about Compatibility View appears after following the above steps, do one of the following:
1. Make sure that your computer has the latest Window updates. 2. If choosing not to add the latest Window updates, follow these instructions:
A. In Internet Explorer, click Tools and select Compatibility View Settings. You may need to click Alt, or press and hold the address bar and select the Menu bar. B. At the bottom of the window, make sure that the following boxes are not checked: i. Display all websites in Compatibility View ii. Download update compatibility lists from Microsoft iii. Include Updated website lists from Microsoft. C. Click Close.
