B - A Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration is needed to dispense medical oxygen to patients in Massachusetts.

D - A supplier (in-state or out-of-state) of secondhand bedding must hold a MA Sterilizer/Sanitizer License or contract with another company for the sanitizing of any secondhand bedding.

K - May also be licensed as an Optometrist or Ophthalmologist.
