What is Pro32 software and does it cost anything?
Answer:
The PC-ACE Pro32 software is a claim-entry software available from Palmetto GBA at no cost. It cannot be used in conjunction with another software. A Network Service Vendor (NSV) connection is required.

How do I get the Pro32 software?
Answer:
A valid Submitter ID is required to download the Pro32 software from our Software and Technical Specifications page for your contract. In addition, you will also need to download the PC-Ace Pro32 User Manual and the PC-ACE Pro32 Reference Guide
