Be Sure to Keep the CERT Contractor's Website Updated

Compliance officers at each facility or practice are encouraged to ensure that the Comprehensive Error Rate Testing (CERT) contractor's database stays updated with the correct contact information. The CERT contractor and Palmetto GBA may have to contact you during the review process concerning documentation request. Keeping your point of contact updated ensures that we are getting the responsible party each time.

Please verify or update your CERT contact information for your facility with the CERT contractor by contacting them directly at (888–779–7477). You can also find their contact information at C3HUB. You may need your contractor ID, so please select the line of business and the number by your state.
