Cost Report Reminder

Reminder: Cost Reports with period ending June 30, 2021 are due November 30, 2021.

Please note that when a cost report is filed late, the provider will be placed on payment hold. The payment hold will be released after the cost report has been received, reviewed and accepted. Please file timely (or early) to prevent being placed on payment hold.

Also, cost reports can now be submitted electronically via Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' MCREF (Medicare Cost Report E-Filing) system. Please refer to the MCReF website for more information.
