Palmetto GBA Suspends In-Person Events
The Palmetto GBA Provider Outreach and Education (POE) team looks forward to connecting with our stakeholders and sharing updates and information relating to Medicare Parts A, B, and Home Health and Hospice. With ongoing concerns around the COVID-19 pandemic and its Delta variant, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to continue the suspension of in-person events and education. We will continue to monitor the Public Health Emergency (PHE) to evaluate the possibility of providing in-person education as soon as it is safe to do so.
But don’t be alarmed! We are still here to help you. We offer several virtual alternatives including webcasts, teleconferences and virtual events. Please do not hesitate to contact your POE Home Health and Hospice and Parts A and B Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) for details if you have not done so already. As your MAC, we will be more than happy to work with your organization to either set up a time to conduct a virtual meeting or reschedule for another date in 2021.
