Why am I no longer receiving paper remittances?

Answer
As of March 19, 2014, Palmetto GBA's eServices users are required to access remittance advices through the Remittance tab in eServices. Palmetto GBA has discontinued sending paper remittances to eServices users. This option saves your office time and money by streamlining your process and procedures.
