- Check eligibility
- Submit claim reopening and redetermination requests
- Jurisdiction J Part B Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System information
- Jurisdiction M Part B Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System information
- Modifier Lookup Tool
- Provider Enrollment Status Tool (the status of applications submitted through PECOS can be viewed in PECOS)
- Locate Local Coverage Determinations (LCDs)
If you do call the provider contact center be sure to have gathered all the information you need for discussion, including patient-specific information such as name, HICN or MBI and date of birth. You will also be required to provide your:
- PTAN
- NPI
- Last five-digits of your tax id
