How To Recognize an SMRC Audit

The Supplemental Medical Review Contractor (SMRC) has begun mailing all additional document request (ADR) letters in green envelopes to make them easily identifiable and to assist with proper notification. Please notify your mail department of this change to allow these SMRC requests to be received by the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
