Medicare allowances for the administration of the COVID-19 vaccine and monoclonal antibody administration are geographically adjusted for many providers. The methodology used by the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS) files with the geographically adjusted payment rates for COVID-19 vaccine and monoclonal antibody administration are included in the 'Additional Resources' section at the bottom of the CMS COVID-19 Vaccines and Monoclonal Antibodies webpage.
