Eligibility Inquiry Requirements

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires that all providers obtain eligibility information from our self-service tool, eServices. 

If you obtain the eligibility through eServices please select the eServices link. You can participate in eServices if you have a signed electronic data interchange (EDI) enrollment agreement on file with Palmetto GBA. If you are already submitting claims electronically, you do not have to submit a new EDI enrollment agreement.

If you have any issues accessing your eServices account, please call our EDI department. For Jurisdiction M providers call 855–696–0705 and for Jurisdiction J providers call 877–567–7271.
