Ask the Contractor Teleconferences (ACT)

Ask the Contractor Teleconferences (ACTs) are intended to open the communication channels between providers and Palmetto GBA, which allows for timely identification of problems and information-sharing in an informal and interactive atmosphere. These teleconferences (held via webinars) will be held at least quarterly. To help ensure your access to the ACT, we ask that you log in five to ten minutes prior to the scheduled start time. While a specialty topic will be offered for the event, all provider questions will be responded to during the ACT whether or not they concern the specialty topic.

New Format for 2023
In 2023, Palmetto GBA is separating the quarterly Home Health and Hospice ACT into seperate events — one ACT for home health and one ACT for hospice, on separate dates. On the schedule below, the “Specialty Topic” field determines if the ACT’s focus is for home health or for hospice. Please take this into consideration when registering for an ACT.
