Resetting a Password

Entering in Password:
1. Enter the new password, and then re-enter it on the line below where you first entered it.
2. Click Reset or Cancel if you change your mind. If you selected Reset, the password will be reset the next time the user logs in.
Note: Passwords must be 8 to 20 characters long and contain an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter, and a number.

Resetting your Password in the DEX:
1. Select My Account from the top of any window.
2. On the User Details tab, click the Reset Password button. The Reset Password dialog box appears.
3. Enter the new password, and then re-enter it on the line below where you first entered it.
4. Click Reset or Cancel if you change your mind. If you selected Reset, the password will be reset the next time the user logs in.
