How are suppliers chosen to revalidate?


Answer:
Suppliers are required to revalidate (formerly re-enroll) every three years. Beginning Fall 2016, CMS began selecting and establishing due dates by which suppliers are required to revalidate. CMS created a lookup tool on cms.gov posting the due dates for suppliers to review. The supplier will receive a letter prompting revalidation and to update enrollment information via internet-based PECOS.
