CWF Reason Codes C7800, E7800 and U7800 are rejecting in error. This issue has been reported and a fix is being worked on.
Provider Action:
No provider action is necessary. There is no need for providers to contact the provider contact center (PCC) at this time.

Issue
CWF Reason Codes C7800, E7800 and U7800 are rejected in error in the following situation:
 
Home Health claim in history with Type of Bill '32x' and Provider is 'XX3100-XX3199', 'XX7000-XX8499', or 'XX9000-XX9799' with any line item date that is within three days after an incoming Inpatient IPPS Date of Discharge that is on or after 04/01/2020 and has a Discharge Status '06', Condition Code '43' with one of the following post-acute DRG codes.
