eServices to Display Suspended Claims

Part A providers who submit claims to Palmetto GBA are able to view claims in a suspended status via eServices. Beginning October 16, 2018, claims that are in a suspended status will be returned in the search results on a claim look up request. 

To view claim status, simply login to your eServices account, select 'Claims' from the tabs at the top of the page, then enter the provider and patient information. Once you've selected this, the status will display in the 'Claim Status' field located in the 'Claim Status Information' applet.
