In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, organizations are proactively transitioning employees across the health care industry into working remotely, as to not disrupt daily tasks. Yet there may be challenges with paper tasks.
Palmetto GBA would like to remind providers that eServices, our secure online portal, is a valuable and resourceful tool that allows providers to streamline key processes by drastically reducing the need for paper documents while maintaining the security of your data. Most importantly, it also meets the critical need for social distancing. If you are not currently registered to use eServices, we encourage you to utilize this free method for your electronic submissions to Palmetto GBA.
The eServices portal contains multiple self-service tools to assist with your everyday tasks, including appeal submissions, financial transactions, cost reports, Additional Documentation Requests (ADRs) and more. Here are just a few of the immediate advantages of electronic submissions:
