Palmetto GBA is providing important information for Ohio home health agencies (HHA) as they prepare to begin Cycle 2 of the Review Choice Demonstration (RCD) on August 31, 2020.
Cycle Transition Timeline
As providers transition from Cycle 1 to Cycle 2, please be advised of actions you need to take.
a. Add UTN to claims if PCR was submitted (regardless if affirmed or non-affirmed)
b. Respond to ADRs as generated
a. Include UTN if a PCR request was submitted prior to 8/31/2020 and a UTN was received
b. Final bill will adjust, and the ADR will generate
c. Respond to ADR
a. ADR will not generate
b. 25% reduction will apply
a. Add UTN to claims for claims with PCR requests
