**Other providers: Return to the Intermediary.
Explanation and Suggestion
The same diagnosis code cannot be duplicated on the claim. Direct Data Entry (DDE) billers should remove the duplicate diagnosis code and then F9 to return the claim.
Providers that do not use DDE, return the claim with the necessary correction. Notify software vendors if necessary.
