Supplier Standard 2 requires all DMEPOS suppliers enrolled in the Medicare program report changes of information within 30 days to the National Supplier Clearinghouse. Changes of information include, but are not limited to changes in ownership, products and services, addresses and phone numbers. It is pertinent that the NSC maintains the most accurate and updated information regarding enrolled suppliers. Failure to update information timely will lead to the deactivation of Medicare billing privileges. Detailed information regarding the supplier standards may be found in the Code of Federal Regulations 424.57 (c).
