Do subsequent chiropractic visits need new treatment plans?

Answer: 
Subsequent visits are synonymous with treatment days. Objective measures must be addressed and documented for every subsequent visit (evaluation of treatment effectiveness). A provider may update his/her treatment plan as needed or when the current treatment plan expires (frequency/duration).
