In light of the challenges providers are facing with the COVID-19 pandemic, Palmetto GBA is extending the due date for the March 31, 2020, credit balance reports by 90 days. This extension will allow providers to submit their March 31, 2020, reports along with their June 30, 2020, credit balance reports. All credit balance reports for the March 31, 2020, and June 30, 2020, quarter ends will be due on July 30, 2020. Extending the due date will delay the mailing of the first quarter delinquency letters and 100 percent withholding until after July 30, 2020.

Providers are encouraged to submit their Credit Balance Report via Palmetto GBAs eServices. Providers can electronically submit the Credit Balance Report and PDF attachments online. Once the form is successfully submitted, you will receive an inbox message advising you that the form was received by Palmetto GBA. You may access the form via the Financial Forms subtab located under the Financial Tools tab in eServices.

Providers may also submit by fax to (803) 870–0147. It should be noted that this method will not provide confirmation that the submission was received.
