When calculating Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) eligibility, a full 11 months must pass following the month in which the last AWV was performed. A beneficiary who receives an AWV during a given month (February 14, 2018, for example) will be eligible for their next AWV on the first day of that month in the following year: February 1, 2019, in this example. A full 365 days is not required between Annual Wellness Visits.
