An existing submitter will keep their same Submitter ID. For NDM submitters, we will provide you with the PDFS file name to send to on the NDM form. For FTP submitters, the HDR record will determine if the data is PDFS or RAPS and send it to the correct edit program. Reports will be placed in your existing mail boxes.
