Ambulance Supplier License Update Process Due to COVID-19

Ambulance service providers are required to submit updated license information to Palmetto GBA prior to the expiration date of their current license to prevent disruption to claims payments. At the start of the COVID-19 public health emergency, many states relaxed their licensure requirements, allowing for waivers and extensions for expired licenses. Palmetto GBA honored these waivers and extensions to ensure no payment disruption.

At this time, all Palmetto GBA-serviced states are operating under normal license renewal procedures. Please ensure your updated license is submitted for processing to Palmetto GBA to prevent disruptions to claims payments.
