2022 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS) Payment Rates and Participation Program

The annual physician and supplier participation period begins January 1 of each year, and runs through December 31. The annual participation enrollment is scheduled to begin mid-November of this year and allows eligible physicians, practitioners and suppliers with an opportunity to make their calendar year Medicare participation decision.

The 2022 MPFS payment rates will be posted to Palmetto GBA’s website after publication of the MPFS final rule in the Federal Register. This publication usually occurs in mid-November.
