Issue Description |
||
Providers who utilize our eServices or EDI submission process have indicated that they are receiving error messages indicating that they have submitted a duplicate request. Upon investigation, we have found that the provider has not submitted twice. In some instances, our system has duplicated the request, then sent a rejection message to the provider indicating that the second submission is a duplicate. |
