Status: Actions were taken on 4/26 to resolve the issue. We have been monitoring since that time and have not found any additional instances of this issue.

Issue Description

Providers who utilize our eServices or EDI submission process have indicated that they are receiving error messages indicating that they have submitted a duplicate request. Upon investigation, we have found that the provider has not submitted twice. In some instances, our system has duplicated the request, then sent a rejection message to the provider indicating that the second submission is a duplicate.
