Why do I receive a message that the UTN I entered on my Pre-Claim Review form is incorrect?

Resubmissions can only be performed in eServices if the original entry was submitted via eServices. Additionally, you will only be able to utilize unique tracking numbers (UTNs) submitted under the one PTAN/NPI combination associated with your eServices user ID, or the PTAN/NPI combination selected if you have multiple accounts linked to your user ID. If your entire eServices provider account was previously deactivated, you will only be able to utilize UTNs received since you reregistered.
