Helpful Tip: PCR Point of Contact

Palmetto GBA does not maintain a single point of contact for the Review Choice Demonstration (RCD). If the provider has selected Pre-Claim Review (PCR), they should list a contact name and number on the Pre-Claim Review PCR request. The person listed on the PCR request will serve as the contact in the event a non-affirmation is received. The contact information must be submitted on every PCR request.
