Get Your eServices Multi-factor Authenticator (MFA) Code Faster with Google Authenticator

To enhance the security of Medicare information, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires the use of multi-factor authentication (MFA) each time you log in to the eServices portal. Palmetto GBA offers you three options to receive an MFA code: email, text or Google Authenticator. The Google Authenticator app is the newest and fastest option to receive an MFA code. The code in the app changes every 30 seconds. Simply open the app for the most recent code to use.
