How do I check the status of a submitted form?

Access the Messages Notification Center using the Message tab in the menu bar. This page has lots of useful information about forms submitted. You can search, filter and sort the information available. The Document Control Number (DCN) is the official tracking number of the form submission. During regular business hours, the DCN will become available a couple of hours after the form is submitted and will display in the Messages tab. If a form is submitted in the evening, it will display the next day. Forms submitted on the weekend will have the DCN available on Mondays.
