E/M Weekly Tip: Drugs Requiring Intensive Monitoring (Coumadin)

Coumadin is considered a "drug therapy requiring intensive monitoring for toxicity." In order to receive "credit" we would expect to see documentation in the medical record of drug levels obtained at appropriate intervals.
