I am trying to register for eServices but I do not see my state in the Line of Business list
Answer
eServices is available for:
- Part A and Part B providers who practice in the Jurisdiction J states of Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee and in the Jurisdiction M states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia
- Home health and hospice providers who practice in the 16 states included in the Jurisdiction M Home Health and Hospice (HHH) MAC
- Railroad Medicare Part B providers nationwide
If you are trying to register for eServices to access information for Railroad Medicare patients and claims, choose "Railroad Medicare Part B – All States" from the Line of Business list, regardless of what state you practice in.
If you are a Jurisdiction J or M provider and you want to access information for both Part B and Railroad Medicare claims, you must register separately for each line of business. Also, if you are an Jurisdiction J or M provider and you want to access information for both Part A and HHH claims, you must register separately for each line of business.
The Jurisdiction M Home Health and Hospice MAC covers the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
