Please review the Medicare Summary Notices you receive every three months. If you see anything amiss (the charge is for a service you don’t believe you received or a supply you didn’t get), please call our Customer Service Center at 800–833–4455. We are available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET. If you request it, your name will be kept confidential. You may also call the Department of Health and Human Services Medicare Fraud Hotline to report suspected fraud and abuse. Their toll free number is 800–447–8477, or for TTY call 800–377–4950.
